The owner Mark Lavine, a general contractor with more than 32 years of professional experience, founded Universal Home Improvement Inc. Mark is a licensed B-General Contractor, who is insured and bonded to perform contractor work around any home. Universal Home Improvement covers San Francisco & San Mateo County.

Upon receiving a request for an estimate, Mark will travel personally to the person’s home and inspect for damage. Mark’s team will measure and calculate the nature of the problem and provide a bid in real-time. Universal Home Improvement Inc. prides itself on its “no wait” bid system and will show up to work promptly to complete all paid services.
